Ms. Rashmi Senella Dmello hails from Udupi, Mangalore. A commerce graduate with a Master in Finance, Rashmi began her career at BOODAI INC, where she rose to Finance Manager. Over time, she expanded her role to include brand management, corporate communications, and operations, playing a vital role in the company’s growth. As the director of Kreatrify Hospitality, she now leads the strategic finance and operations of Urban Dyne.
Paramita Chowhan, originally from Kolkata, has a deep passion for regional cuisine and local culinary specialties. Together with Rashmi, she co-founded Kreatrify Hospitality in 2023, where she leads the Food and Beverage Services division. Paramita specializes in human resource planning for restaurants and outdoor catering, bringing innovation and best practices to high-profile events.
